Description

Since last week drivers at Leeds get asked to sign in twice on the scanners. First the Microsoft page, then again. Annoying at 5am.

Hi Callum, thanks. I've tried sign-in for Leeds on our side, through your Entra ID, on a phone and on a PC, and it asks once. Which app do the drivers open on the scanners: the portal in the browser, or the scanner maker's own app? A screenshot of the second prompt would help a lot.

It's the browser on the scanner. Will get a screenshot.
