Description

One worker at Wigan (Paul Greaves) never gets the text with the code. Everyone else does. The phone works and gets other texts.

Hi Lindsey, our SMS provider reports the number on Paul's profile as unknown on the network: it has one digit too few. Check the number with Paul and correct it on the profile (People, Paul Greaves, Phone), and the next code will arrive.
