Description

Three workers at Fermoy were told "too many tries" at shift start today. They say they typed the code right. Is this the new lockout?

Hi Aoife, not the new lockout; that one is for passwords. In the sign-in log all three asked for a code and then typed the code from an earlier text. Each new request replaces the previous code, so the old one was wrong every time, and after five tries on a code there's a 15-minute wait. Nobody can skip that wait, us included.

It may help to tell people: always use the newest text.

Ah. Will tell them. Can the screen say to use the newest text? They thought they were locked out for good.

Fair point; I've passed it to our product team with your wording.
