Description

Callum Reid, our Leeds depot manager, becomes regional manager (North) on Friday. What do we need to change in ACME? Leeds won't have a manager for a couple of weeks.

Hi Priya, roles come from your Entra ID groups at each sign-in. When Callum moves from BRK-Depot-Managers to BRK-Regional-Managers in Entra ID, the change applies at Callum's next sign-in. Nothing to do in the portal unless you want a role that isn't tied to a group. Your administrators can approve Leeds' requests under All requests in the meantime.
