Description

Two questions for the switch weekends:

  1. do people keep their passwords until their depot switches?
  2. the test accounts: how many, and when?

Hi Priti,

  1. Yes. A depot's people keep their passwords until that depot switches. The switch only changes how the next sign-in happens; nobody is signed out by it.
  2. One test account per depot in your Entra ID, ready by the Tuesday before its weekend (our single sign-on checklist): Tuesday 20 October for the first three, Tuesday 27 October for the other four. We rehearse each depot's sign-in with it on the Thursday.
