Description

Our contractors at the hubs are guest users in our Entra ID, from their own companies. They get "No account for this sign-in" after the Microsoft page, although they're in the portal with their own email.

Hi Femke, for guests Entra ID sends their guest username by default (something like name_company.com#EXT#@parcelwise.onmicrosoft.com), and we look people up by the email we hold, so nobody matches. In each hub's app, set the Unique User Identifier (NameID) claim to user.mail; guests then arrive with their real email and sign in. Your own staff aren't affected, since their username and email are the same.

Changed the claim on the Tilburg app, the contractors are in. Doing the other hubs this week.
