Brakeline: depot managers approving this week, anything we need to do?

Description

Heard depot managers approving comes this week. Anything we need to do? Our Entra ID groups are by job (BRK-Depot-Managers), not by depot.

Hi Priya, it's planned for Thursday. Because your groups are named by job, sign-in can't tell which depot each manager runs, so an administrator gives each depot manager the approver role with their depot on it, in the portal (People, the person, Roles). Sign-in from Entra ID leaves roles set in the portal alone, so they stay. I'll confirm here when it's live.

It's live. Steps for Sam: People, the depot manager, Roles, Add role, Approver, choose their depot. Requests from that depot's people go to them from then on; administrators still see everything under All requests.
