Kelderby: does sign-in put the depot on the approver role, or do we set it?
Description
Depot approvals are live, Ana said. Our groups are per depot (KEL-Rotterdam-Managers). Will sign-in put the depot on the role automatically, or do we set it in the portal?

OK. Our two administrators will set the 25 depot managers next week.

Clara's guide for depot managers went to Sanne yesterday; the setup steps for administrators are on its last page. Closing.
Hi Priti, set it in the portal: People, the depot manager, Roles, Approver, with their depot. Sign-in gives roles from your groups, but it doesn't read the depot from a group's name; not every customer names groups by depot, so the depot lives on the role in the portal. Roles set in the portal stay when sign-in refreshes the roles from Entra ID.
