Description

Two Livingston drivers have two records each; they were in two of my files. One record has the access, the other the email they sign in with.

Hi Siobhan, merge them: People › Possible duplicates, choose the pair, and keep the record with the email they sign in with. It takes over the access from the other. Two merges and you're done.
