Brakeline: can Jade Turner approve at Doncaster too?

Jade Turner shares the Doncaster manager's job from Monday. Can Jade approve Doncaster's requests as well?

Hi Sam, Pia here: I've just joined ACME's support team, and Brakeline's requests come to me. A depot has one approver, its manager: Doncaster's requests go to whoever holds the Approver role there, and nobody else stands in. So it's one or the other: if Jade should approve, an administrator moves the role in the portal (People, Jade Turner, Roles, Add role, Approver, choose Doncaster, then take it from the current manager). On the other days, you and the other administrators can approve Doncaster's requests under All requests.
