Kelderby: switching a depot back on a Saturday, how long and who?
Description
For the two switch weekends: if sign-in fails at a depot on a Saturday morning, how long does it take to switch that depot back to passwords, and who at ACME can do it at a weekend? We need this for our change approval board next week.

Hi Henrik, the who:
- Who switches back: a Kelderby administrator, in the portal's single sign-on settings, or ACME's on-call engineer on your request. Oskar Lund is on call on 24 October.
- Who decides: you and I, together, on the bridge. A depot goes back only if most of its people can't sign in; a few people in the wrong group are fixed in Entra ID instead.
- What happens: that depot's people sign in with passwords again from their next sign-in; the other depots aren't touched.
The steps are in our runbook for switching a depot back to passwords, linked from the Kelderby rollout plan.

Clear. We'll take that to the board, with the timing after Thursday.

Rehearsal this morning: the test sign-ins for Rotterdam, Antwerp and Ghent all passed, and switching your test depot back to passwords took 4 minutes, from the decision to the first password sign-in.

Board approved, and Sanne signed off the weekend. See you Saturday.

Great. Closing.
Hi Henrik, fair questions, and we'd rather answer the timing from a rehearsal than from memory. Clara will send you who may do it this week, and we'll time a switch back on your test depot at Thursday's rehearsal.
