Description

Before we set up hub approvers: our manager for Ede also runs Arnhem. Can one person approve for both hubs, or do we need two people? We'd rather wait for the Dutch portal before switching anything on.

Hi Femke, yes, one person can: give them the Approver role twice, once with Ede and once with Arnhem (People, the person, Roles, Add role). A request goes to the approver of the requester's home hub, so someone based at Nijmegen asking for Arnhem goes to Nijmegen's approver, not Arnhem's. Your administrators still see everything under All requests. No rush to switch it on; it works the same once the Dutch portal is there.
