Description

Every time I click a link in your emails I have to sign in again with Microsoft. On the Leeds office PC. Is this normal?

Hi Dean, on a shared PC that's expected: each link starts a sign-in, and when the browser doesn't keep your Microsoft session (shared PCs are often set to clear it), you're asked again. On your own PC, choosing "Stay signed in" at the Microsoft prompt helps, if Brakeline's IT allows it. On shared PCs, signing in again is the safer behaviour. Nothing is wrong with your account.

OK, thanks Pia.
