Vossberg: depot managers approving at 10 depots in November, what to prepare?

1. Give each depot manager the approver role with their depot on it, in the portal. Okta's groups give the role, but the depot lives on the role in the portal, and sign-in leaves it alone.
2. Start with one depot for a day, then the other nine.
3. Tell the managers three things: a request goes to the manager of the person's home depot, not the depot they're asking for; there are no deputies, so head office covers when a manager is away; and a request nobody decides closes after 14 days.
4. Head office keeps All requests, and the inbox's depot view pages properly now (SUP-1243).
