Description

Our auditors want to see who can open what at Warrington and Preston only. The Access report gives me all 12 sites in one PDF, 208 pages. Is there a way to get just two sites?

Hi Rachel,

Not today, sorry. The Access report is one PDF of the whole organisation; there's no filter by site.

Two things that help with the PDF as it is:

People are grouped by home site, in alphabetical order, so Preston and Warrington are each one block of pages.
The PDF is searchable, so a search for the site name jumps to its block.

I've noted the ask for a per-site report with our product team.
