Description

About 120 of our warehouse staff don't have company email. Can we make one login per site and let them share it?

Hi Tom,

Technically you can create an account per site, but we'd advise against it: every access request and decision would be in the name of the shared account, and the Access report couldn't say which person can open what. Auditors usually flag it.

Today everyone needs an email address to sign in. Some customers use personal addresses for warehouse staff. I've passed your ask (sign-in without email) to our product team.
