Description

We're moving to Microsoft 365 and Entra ID over the winter. Once that's done we'd like depot staff to sign in to ACME with their Microsoft account. What's involved, roughly?

Hi Priya, roughly:

One enterprise application in Entra ID per depot (each depot has its own certificate and sign-in address with us).
A test account per depot signs in before we switch it.
We switch depots on weekends; people keep their passwords until their depot switches.
Everyone needs an account in the portal before their first single sign-on. Roles come from Entra ID groups at each sign-in.

Most customers do it over two or three weekends. Open a ticket when your Entra ID move is done and we'll plan it.
