Description

We have 312 temporary staff for December at 14 depots. Can you load them like last year? File attached. They leave on 9 January, can they be deactivated automatically then?

Hi Bettina, we'll load them this week. There's no automatic end date for accounts, so an administrator will need to deactivate them on 9 January; I'll send you the list of the 312 so it's one afternoon's work.
