Description

Hello,

as discussed in the kickoff, attached is our HR export with all employees for the 60 depots (6,096 rows). Columns: Personalnummer, Vorname, Nachname, E-Mail, Standort.

Can you load this before we start on 6 May? Typing them in the portal is not an option.

Hi Bettina,

Thanks, we have the file. There's no import in the portal, so we'll load it once on our side. Two things before we do:

  1. 396 rows have no email. People need an email to sign in with a password. Can you send emails for them, or should we leave them out for now?
  2. "Standort" uses names (e.g. "HH Billbrook"), and we set your depots up with codes (DE-HH-BB). I'll map them; please check the mapping sheet I'll send tomorrow.

Piet, one-off load for Vossberg once Bettina confirms. 6,096 rows, everyone as staff, home depot from the mapping. Admins we create by hand.

Mapping is correct. Leave out the 396 without email, they are mostly drivers on contract, we will see later.

Loaded 5,700 people into client 1047 (eu-central). 0 errors. Script in ops/one-off/vossberg-2024-04.

Hi Bettina, 5,700 people are in, each with their home depot. The 396 without email are left out as agreed. Your administrators can check under People.
