Description

Drei Personen in Graz können sich seit der Umbenennung ihrer Konten nicht mehr anmelden. Die Benutzernamen enthalten jetzt ein ö (z. B. jürgen.höller@…). Fehlermeldung: "No account found for this sign-in".

Not encoding. Their portal accounts still have the old email (juergen.hoeller@). We match on email from the NameID. Customer changed the UPN in Entra only.

Hi Lisa, we match the email Entra ID sends at sign-in to the email on the person's account in the portal. For these three, Entra ID now sends the new address with ö, while their portal accounts still have the old one with oe.

An administrator can update the email on each account (People → the person → Email). After that they sign in normally.
