Description

Markus Gruber aus unserer IT hat uns am Freitag verlassen und war Administrator. Das Entra-ID-Konto haben wir schon gelöscht. Müssen wir bei Ihnen noch etwas tun?

Hi Lisa,

Deleting the Entra ID account stops Markus signing in, but the account in the portal stays active until an administrator deactivates it. Please deactivate it under People → Markus Gruber → Deactivate; it then drops off the Access report too.

Requests Markus decided keep their history, so nothing is lost.
