Kelderby (prospect): approvals demo for the operations team
Description
Our operations team would like to see how access requests and approvals work across many depots before we decide. Could you show us on 19 May, 14:00, online?

Notes from the demo, for the record:
- Sanne, Henrik and three depot managers joined.
- Shown: a driver's request, the email to administrators, approving under All requests, the Access report.
- Sanne asked who approves. Today: administrators approve; depot managers see their depot's requests but don't decide them. Sanne said head office would cope for the first depots.
- Next: proposal by end of May.
