Description

I'm the depot manager at Doncaster since Monday but the portal shows me as a driver. IT says I've been in the right group since yesterday.

Hi Dean, roles come from your Entra ID groups, and they're applied each time you sign in. You last signed in on Monday morning, before IT added you to the depot managers' group.

Sign out of the portal and back in, and you'll have the depot manager role.
