Description

A request from Avonmouth for the blast freezer has said Waiting for five days. Who's supposed to approve it?

Hi Kerry, your administrators approve requests, under All requests in the portal: at Marlow that's Tom Ashby and Laura Bennett. They get an email when a request comes in, but nothing after that, so one that's missed can sit.

I can see the request from Saturday. I've let Tom know.
