Description

Three depot managers lost their depot manager role this morning. We renamed our groups yesterday to a new naming standard (BRK-Depot-Managers is now BRK-DepotMgrs). Is that it?

Marek, Brakeline renamed an Entra ID group. Can we update their group-to-role mapping?

Mapping is by group name. Updated client 1003: BRK-DepotMgrs → depot manager. Takes effect at each person's next sign-in.

Hi Priya, yes, that's it: we map your groups to roles by name, and the new name meant nothing to us. We've updated the mapping. The three managers get their role back the next time they sign in.

Next time a group changes name, tell us the day before and we'll change it at the same time.
