Our legal team asks for your DPA, and wants the EU hosting written into the contract itself, not only in a document.

Maja, Kelderby legal wants the DPA and the region in the order form. Current DPA version?

DPA v3.2 is current; its sub-processor annex matches the trust page. For the order form we use: 'Customer data and backups are stored in ACME's EU region (Frankfurt, Germany).'

Hi Priti, attached is our DPA (version 3.2), with the sub-processor list as an annex.

For the order form we'll add this line: "Customer data and backups are stored in ACME's EU region (Frankfurt, Germany)." I've put it into the draft I'm sending Sanne today.
