Description

We have two drivers called Daniel Hughes at Doncaster. Sam approved yard gate access for the wrong one. How do we undo it?

Hi Dean, two steps:

  1. Take the access off the wrong Daniel: People → that Daniel Hughes → Access → Yard gate → Remove.
  2. Approve the request from the right one. In All requests, each request shows the person's email and home depot, which tells the two apart.
