Marlow: who approved blast freezer access this year?
Description
Our insurer's auditor wants to know who approved access to the blast freezers since January, at all sites. Is there a report?

Hi Tom, for the next audit: since today the portal keeps an approvals audit log, with every decision kept for 400 days, and you can export it yourselves.
Hi Tom, each request keeps who decided it and when, but there's no report of decisions across requests yet. We can pull the list for you on our side this time.
