Northgate: four site managers got the MFA prompt
Description
Four of our site managers phoned this morning about a screen asking them to set up an authenticator app. I thought MFA was only for administrators?

Hi Rachel, it is only for administrators, and those four are administrators: Bolton, Wigan, Oldham and Leigh's managers were given the role in 2023 and 2024.
That might be worth a look before your next audit. If they don't need it, an administrator can take the role off under People, and they'll no longer get the prompt.
