Sign-in setup

• Okta over SAML, one app per depot in Okta (Matthias creates them with a script against Okta's API).
• Each person's depot comes from an Okta attribute, vossbergDepot, which holds the depot code. Codes match ACME's depot codes since the depot import in September.
• Groups give roles at every sign-in, as for Entra ID.

2024	Signed. 41 depots created by hand over the first year; passwords.
May–June 2026	Okta sign-in built for Vossberg (initiative "Okta sign-in for Vossberg", ENG-1436). Live 22 June.
July 2026	People import from a spreadsheet live; Bettina's HR export becomes the way people arrive. Request bundles per depot (forklift plus yard gate), asked by Vossberg, live 30 July.
20 Aug	About 300 duplicate people after Okta sign-in (SUP-1113). Merged by hand at first; "Merge duplicate people" live 22 September.
September 2026	Depot import: 60 depots from a file, live 25 September.
October 2026	Asked again for accounts made from Okta (SCIM). Noted in the initiative "Accounts from Entra ID (SCIM)", being shaped.

Open

• Accounts from Okta (SCIM). Until then, Bettina's export is imported every Monday.
• Portal in German: "Portal in German and Dutch" is in delivery. Vossberg's depot managers would use it first.
• Depot approvers: Vossberg hasn't set any yet. Head office approves everything under All requests; Matthias wants to start with 10 depots in November.
