Working with Ridgeway
- Support answers in European working hours, which is the morning in Ohio. SEV1 incidents are covered by on-call at any time.
- Clara's calls with Mark are at 15:00 our time.
- The US region runs the same versions as the EU and UK. We deploy the smallest region first, so Ridgeway usually gets a release a few hours before everyone else.
