Success criteria (draft)
Not agreed with Corran yet. The initiative Isabel started to settle them stayed at idea; Ben took them to the mid-point call instead.
- Access requests decided within one working day, from about three today.
- Depot managers approve without help after the first week.
- Corran's IT spends less than two hours a week on access.
Mid-point, 26 October
- 184 requests so far; median time to decision 5 hours.
- Livingston's manager approves from a phone; the approvals inbox works on it, but Siobhan asked for approving from the email. "Approve from the notice email" is approved and not started.
- Siobhan agreed criteria 1 and 2. Corran's IT will measure 3 themselves; Ben asked for the number by the end of the pilot.
