Access report

The portal's report of who can open what. Administrators export everyone's access as a PDF from the Access report.

What it shows

For each person:

• name, home depot, and the other depots they work at;
• their roles, and the depot an approver role covers;
• everything they can open (doors and zones, systems, vehicles), with the role or approval that gives it;
• when they last signed in.

For the organisation, at the end: its sign-in settings (single sign-on per depot, MFA for administrators) and its API keys (name, created, last used).

Because it also shows sign-in settings and API keys, only administrators can open it.

Export

• PDF only. The portal prints the report to PDF in the browser. There is no export on the server.
• Whole organisation or one depot. Since 8 July an administrator can filter by depot, and the PDF follows the filter (Access report by depot).
• A large organisation's full report is long: Vossberg's runs to about 900 pages. Filter by depot.
