Where product work happens
Since May 2026 we shape initiatives in Emargen: brief, approaches, kickoff. Until mid-August a shaped initiative went to engineering as a Jira epic, and its spec page is under Feature specs. From ACM-247 (depot managers approve their own people, live 1 October) initiatives are built in Emargen too, slice by slice, and the kickoff is the spec.
Pages here describe what the product does today. When something ships, the owner updates the page the same week.
