Accounts from Entra ID (provisioning)

Not built. When this page was written in 2024 it said automatic provisioning "is coming". It wasn't planned then and isn't built now. Lena started shaping "Accounts from Entra ID (SCIM)" in Emargen on 5 October. Don't promise customers a date. (Lena, 6 October)

Today

Accounts are made in three ways:

1. An administrator adds a person in the portal.
2. An administrator imports people from a spreadsheet (People import from a spreadsheet, since 16 July 2026).
3. Support imports a file for a customer's go-live, with the same import.

Single sign-on never makes an account. A sign-in that matches no person is refused.

People who leave are removed by an administrator. If a customer forgets, the person can no longer sign in through their company's single sign-on once their company account is closed, but their record and access stay until removed.
