Site managers approve their own staff (Northgate, SUP-702)
Description
Northgate ask (SUP-702) whether their site managers can approve access requests for their own site's people instead of Rachel Owusu's compliance team approving everything.
Today only administrators approve, at every depot, and roles apply to the whole organisation. I've told Rachel it isn't possible today and that I'd raise it. Rafael says making a role hold at one depot touches roles, routing, the inbox and the emails, so this is for product first.

Yes, park it. I want to look at approvals as a whole, not one customer's version.
Shipped today, built in Emargen: Depot managers approve their own people (ACM-247). The approver role can be held per depot, and a request goes to whoever holds it at the person's home depot. Northgate's site managers count as depot managers. Closing this one.
