Description

Vossberg's Access report hangs Chrome and Edge for minutes, then "Page unresponsive" (SUP-768). Since April we have made their monthly PDF on a 64 GB workstation.

portal:src/reports/AccessReport.tsx renders every person into one page before printing: for Vossberg's 6,500 people about 1,600 printed pages. Chrome gives up around 1,200. Same cause as ENG-1361.

Fix

Don't hold the whole organisation in the page at once: render in pages of 500 people. The depot filter in ENG-1452 will let people print one depot.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Staging organisation with 6,500 people.
  2. Access report, print.

Expected: prints on a 16 GB laptop. Actual: tab frozen, then unresponsive.

Deployed: the report renders in pages of 500 people, so the browser never holds the whole organisation. Vossberg's printed in about 3 minutes on a 16 GB laptop in our test.
