Description

Brakeline's approvers get reminders at 03:00 (SUP-1048). The reminder job runs at 02:00 UTC for every client: 04:00 for EU clients, 03:00 in the UK, 22:00 the evening before in the US.

Fix

Run at 08:00 in each client's region time.
One email per approver listing all their waiting requests, oldest first, instead of one email per request.
