Approver reminders
Description
Shaped in Emargen: Approver reminders.
Why
Requests wait because nobody looks. An approver gets one email when a request arrives, and nothing after; after 14 days the nightly job closes the request without a word. Pellham's depot managers phone head office about waiting requests every week.
What we build
- A reminder 24 hours after a request starts waiting, then one a day until it's decided or closes after 14 days.
- To whoever the request waits on: today, the client's administrators.
- Reminders stop the moment the request is decided.
- A client can switch reminders off for the whole organisation.
Not in this epic
- Reminding anyone else. Changing the timings per customer.
Done when
On for every client. Target Wednesday 22 July.
