People import accepts a trunk 0 after the country code (+353 0…)
Description
Two new Greenhollow starters at Fermoy never get codes (SUP-1104). Their numbers came in through Friday's import as +353 087…: the leading 0 kept after the country code. Textbridge refuses them and nobody hears about it. 17 more numbers from the same file.
The person form refuses national numbers (ENG-1466); the import's check only looks for a + at the start.
Fix
The import's dry run flags a number with a 0 after the country code, and offers the corrected form.
