Phone numbers saved without a country code: Textbridge refuses them and nobody sees it
Description
Two workers in Greenhollow's pilot never get a code (SUP-891). Both numbers are stored as 087… and 085…, without +353. Textbridge refuses them as invalid; notifier logs it and moves on. Nobody sees an error, and the sign-in screen says "code sent".
Steps to reproduce
- Person with phone
087 123 4567(client in Ireland). - Ask for a phone code.
Expected: a code, or a clear error. Actual: "We've sent a code", and nothing arrives.
Fix
- The portal never stores a national number: it refuses a number that isn't in international format, and offers the +353 form when it can tell the country from the person's site.
- A number Textbridge refuses is marked on the person, and the sign-in screen says the number can't receive codes.

Deployed. The two pilot workers' numbers were corrected yesterday; a check found nine more Mitchelstown numbers without +353, corrected this morning. No other client had national numbers stored.
