Greenhollow: phone codes not arriving for two new starters at Fermoy
Description
Two of our new starters at Fermoy never get the text with the code. Ciarán Walsh and Megan Byrne. Both added on Friday with the spreadsheet upload. Everyone else is fine.

People import accepts a trunk 0 after the country code (+353 0…); Textbridge rejects those numbers on send and nobody hears about it. Raised ENG-1643. 17 more Greenhollow numbers from Friday's file are in the same state.

Update: from today the import's dry run flags numbers like these, so this can't slip through again.
Hi Aoife, both numbers were saved as +353 087…, with the leading 0 kept after the country code, so our SMS provider refused them as invalid. Edit each person and enter the number as +353 87…, and the next code will arrive. I'll look at why the import let them through.
