Description

Regression of ENG-1799, on staging only: main has the new reports layout for the 4.14 release, and its header doesn't use the print font fallback. Depot names with umlauts print as boxes; people's names are fine.

Steps to reproduce

Staging, Vossberg-sized test organisation, depot "Mönchengladbach".
Access report for that depot, print to PDF (Chrome 130).

Expected: "Mönchengladbach" in the header. Actual: "M□nchengladbach".

Must be fixed before 4.14 is cut after the freeze.
