Description

The work behind it is ENG-1497. Live by 1 July.

Static site outside the three production stacks.
Components: sign-in (passwords and phone codes), single sign-on, portal, email notices, SMS codes; per region.
Email subscriptions per component for customers' IT; CS adds each client's main contact.
Only on-call engineers and Oskar can publish (Confluence OPS › Status page).
