Agreed. Test accounts for Monday's 12 are ready.
Pilot evening: the 12 depots switched at 20:00. 1,190 of 1,250 have signed in through Okta so far; the rest are off shift. No depot went back.
Third evening: Celle went back to passwords for 20 minutes, see SUP-979. Switched again at 20:40; the other 11 were fine.
Billbrook's rehearsal passes now (SUP-975). On for tomorrow evening with the last 12.
Last 12 switched. All 60 depots in Okta sign in through Okta.
19 depots exist in Okta but not in ACME (only 41 were ever set up), and some codes differ. People there are homed at the nearest depot for now. Needs a proper fix later.
Closing. This morning 38 people at Billbrook couldn't sign in, see SUP-990. One thing for later: 19 of your depots in Okta don't exist in ACME yet, so people there are homed at the nearest depot. We'll fix that properly with you; until then, nothing changes for them day to day.
Hi Matthias, here's the plan, as agreed on our call. Okta sign-in goes live on Monday 22 June; each evening's depots switch at 20:00, between your day and night shifts.
Each evening's depots rehearse with a test account the day before. People keep their passwords until their own depot switches. The full plan is on the Vossberg: Okta sign-in rollout page.
