Kelderby: should depot managers be administrators?

Sanne wants depot managers to handle their own depots. Should we make all 25 depot managers administrators?

Hi Priti, I'd advise against it. An administrator sees and can change everything, for all 25 depots: people, settings, single sign-on and every request.
What we suggest: keep administrators to head office (you and Henrik, maybe one more for holidays), and give depot managers the depot manager role. A depot manager sees their own depot's requests; approving is done by administrators.
