Kelderby: can depot managers approve their own people before go-live?

Hello Ana,
ahead of Wednesday's call: we've been working through how approvals will run after go-live. Head office will struggle to approve access for 2,900 people across 25 depots; our depot managers know who should drive what. We would like depot managers to approve requests for their own depot's people, and only their own depot, by go-live in November.
Is that possible, and if not, when? We'd like to talk it through on Wednesday.

Lena, Kelderby ask whether depot managers can approve their own depot before go-live (early Nov). Sanne will raise it on Wednesday's call. Same ask as SUP-702 and SUP-955. I'll write it up as a topic with what exists today.
Understood. Let's look at it properly this month. I'll decide scope once we see what the code does today.

Hi Sanne, good news: we'll build it. Depot managers will approve requests from their own depot's people, and only those. Administrators keep seeing everything. It will be ready well before your go-live; I'll confirm the date.
Hi Sanne, it's live since Thursday 1 October: give a depot manager the approver's role for their depot, and they approve that depot's requests. Clara will set it up with your depot managers as part of the go-live plan. Closing.

Not today. Only administrators can approve or refuse requests, and roles apply to the whole organisation. A depot manager can see their own depot's requests but can't decide them.
You're not the first to ask: Brakeline and Northgate have asked for the same, for their depots and sites. I'm taking your go-live date to our product team this week and will come back to you with an honest answer.
