Description

A colleague's file (Excel, Dutch settings) gives "Expected 6 columns, found 1" on every row. It looks fine in Excel.

Hi Femke, Excel with Dutch or German settings saves CSV files with semicolons between columns, and the import only reads commas, so it sees one column per row.

For now: in Excel choose Save as → CSV UTF-8 (comma delimited). We'll make the import accept semicolons too.

Marek, import should detect ; as separator. Parcelwise today, Vossberg and Almwerk will hit it next. Logged ENG-1553.

Marek Nowak · 28 Jul 2026, 13:30 UTCInternal note

ENG-1553 deployed: separator detected from the header row (, or ;).

Hi Femke, the import accepts semicolon-separated files since today. Closing.
