Description

Five emails at 3am about waiting requests. Please don't.

Hi Tom, sorry, our mistake: reminders went out at 03:00 UK time for everyone. The fix (08:00 your time, one email) is coming early next week; we're tracking it on another customer's ticket, so I'm closing this one as a duplicate. I'll confirm here when it's out.

Fixed today: reminders now come at 08:00 UK time, as one email.
