Marek, Parcelwise import: dry run 1,840, created 1,612. Any skipped rows in the import log?

Marek Nowak · 27 Jul 2026, 12:30 UTCInternal note

228 rows share an email with another row in the same file, differing only in capitals (J.deVries vs j.devries). Import creates the first and skips the second as 'email already used'; the dry run checks each row against the database only, not against the rest of the file. Logged ENG-1568.

Hi Femke, nobody is missing. 228 people appear twice in the file, with the same email in different capitals (for example J.deVries@ and j.devries@), probably from two HR exports combined. The import made one account for each and skipped the second row. The dry run should have told you; it counted both.

We're fixing the dry run to flag rows that repeat an email within the same file.

Femke de Boer · 28 Jul 2026, 07:20 UTC

Yes, two exports. Good to know nobody is missing. That makes 3,040 people in total.

Marek Nowak · 30 Jul 2026, 12:30 UTCInternal note

ENG-1568 deployed.

The dry run now flags repeated emails within a file. Closing.
